Attractive chartreuse leaves on the Neon Burst keep their colors in the sun and through the heat of the summer. New leaves are tinged with bronze. In the fall, foliage becomes a rainbow of purple, red, yellow and orange. Stems turn glossy scarlet red in the winter. Compact.
